It's actually a guess that Mallika will be paired opposite Nikhil because majority of us here are guessing that

Advait will be paired opposite Nehmat and Ekam opposite Naaz,

So the rest left out ones are Mallika and Nikhil who I think will be opposite!

The names are good but i think advait pairing will be with nehmat.

He will marry her to keep her away from ekam and to save his father's political career
