Technically Shweta’s parents cannot make Dhara, the legal guardian of Chiku when his parents are alive and well. Initially Shweta wanted Dhara to be his legal guardian but after the property greed, she now very much wants to keep Chiku to herself. Shweta’s parents can give their money to anyone as it is their hard earned money and Shweta’s Dad is a self made man as was told by her Mom and Dad as well. But this custody of Chiku is not legal.
But this is Kandya Store where criminal behavior is justified, husband and wife relationship is made mockery of, also husband says he will not work on his anger issues, so what can you expect from these insensitive, idiotic writers. In the name if drama, they are showing every wrong and justifying it too.

On top of it they brought Mom’s character of the baccha who BhabiMa is shown to be obsessed with and the Mom happens to be a criminal and psycho herself which is not known to anyone

That’s why SBS clearly said BhabiMa is the legal guardian and not mother, looks like a clear memo has been sent by leadben to all the media portals😆

Kandyas only have close to 40 lakhs now😆 some has been spent on Krish’s wedding and 2 lakhs was stolen by Deven on engagement day 😆

I want Shweta to loot her patents money because they need to be taught a lesson for blindly trusting a person like BhabiMa and entrusting her with the property and Chiku.

Before leaving Shweta should put in Kandyas in jail - Suman, 4 heere bete and BhabiMa 😆 because Rishita amd Raavi are always treated as outsiders and Chutki doesn’t have anything to do with these morons, atleast her life will be saved from these Kandyas 😆
Another reason why Shweta is still the legal guardian is that none of her crimes or saazish have been proven by anyone for her to lose custody of Chiku, So giving custody of Chiku to BhabiMa is really absurd, beizaare, unlawful without any proper legal paper work.

The problem with this show is though the actors, writers, creative team call it a progressive show, there is nothing progressive about it. Education, women empowerment (in a right way, not what BhabiMa or Shweta doing), job/career, developing their store/business is not given importance. This show is all about negativity, plotting/planning, show the worst of the worst that’s happening with no repercussions, characters are not apologetic, no character growth in many characters are shown to be sitting in their high horse, full on preaching but don’t practice when it comes to them.
I understand this is a fiction, but this much negativity, destroying characters, showing really lame stuff in the name of drama or comedy will not take them anywhere. Leadben will be remembered in a non-flattering way for a character like Dhara which is probably the worst character written in this show.

She has ruined her goodwill lol! She's not even getting any negative publicity like no 2 show's vamp didi. It's just sad that even after hogging 19 mins of SS no one talks about her performance. IF is yet to publish an article singing her praises for fighting off Deven lol coz nobody praised her fighting skills lol. Paise se kab tak mu band karegi lol😆
