Why you want to lose weight there. I think when you get older you will happy as you will look younger then your age.

I've been doing gua sha/ jade roller face massage from the past couple of years and it has helped tone and sculpt my face. I didn't have fat to lose from my face, yet gua sha was worth it cause it gives a more chiseled look to me.

It has also eased my mom's double chin.

So my advised are go for gua sha/jade roller ( if you haven't already) and make it a habit of using it everyday with a day or two break in between.

Then try some face yoga/ exercise.

It is advisable to learn them from an expert first. When it comes to gua sha nobody is better than a practicing Chinese expert.
