There's no way to target specific parts of the body for fat loss, your body will lose weight from everywhere, where you put on/lose weight is largely determined by your genetics, it might just take more time to on the face.

I've lost 12 kgs in the past 6 months, but my face remains chubby
You can do exercises to lose facial fat. Videos on those exercises and yoga are available on YouTube.
