Dev ke naam ka aise dissection Maine pehle nahin kiya thha. I always thought Dev is short for Devvrat, which is synonymous to his selfless Bheeshma like features. Dev ka matlab Devta ho sakta hai aaj pehli baar dimaag khula.

Jokes apart, Dev is really true to his name. Sach mein purity uski USP hai.

Waise TPR ka discussion chal hi Raha hai toh ek scene tha where ML properly cries in front of his friend during the transfer sequence and says that I am cheating Isha by not telling her my true feelings or something like that. Legit roya thha full on aansu ke saath. Bhai agar Dev aisa roya toh main bhi ro dungi.

Ek sequence mein Satyavati ke saamne roya thha ki "Abhimanyu ko jeene do apni life, main business sambhal lunga". Ussi mein itna Rona aaya thha. Vidhi ke liye royega toh main toh gayi. Ro ro ke bura haal ho jayega Mera toh.

I watched first 2 epis of TPR and i had to give up.. i just couldn't connect with him having that instant wala eye lock in auto.. to 35th epi se start kiya...

NUKSH usp is its Purity.

and adding any of the traits of its ML to Dev wouldn't work.. Dev is epitome of Pure emotions (so far).. he has never looked at vidhi (jitna hume dikhaya hai) with any kind of instant physical attraction, auto wala bhi 16th epi tha...and if he would have shown to eye Vidhi from the very first episode it wouldn't have worked the way it did.

and now i am able to understand the delayed love realization of Dev cause Dev is poles apart than Vikrant. And no way Dev can go on the path Vikrant went.

and am very sure Dev's realization, his confession, their bonding afterwards gonna be Much more beautiful than their journey so far and am so looking forward to it.

@bold The eyelock their has a significance later on...

But I am happy that here they didn't show any such physical attraction between them in the beginning ...Instead let Vidhi and Dev come close emotionally...They actually took time to understand each other...That's the beauty of Vidhi-Dev

Waise awkward toh mujhe mangalsutra wala scene bhi laga. But not in the same way as this. Wahan dono ka age gap kafi visible thha. Matlab hota hai usually visible. Dev Sir ki tarah fit toh nahi hai wahan ka ML.

But it's not what's visible to us, it's what they see in each other, how they look at each other - the core of every age gap love story.

Then I realised ki jab age gap visible ho, phir bhi hum pray karein ki yeh dono mil jaaye, itni shiddat dikhe dono mein, then that's a well portrayed story and jab wo finally dil ke hathon bebas hokar Isha ko confess karta hai sochke ki woh so Rahi hai, I felt exactly the same, ki milwa do inhe jaldi, aur tadap dekha nahin jaata mujhse.

He saw the honesty and innocence similar to his first wife...And even the FL's eyes had same spark as his first wife.

And the situation in which they met in auto with ML having no money is exactly same when he met his first wife...With the first wife having no money.

ahh kya baat hai thats awesome.. but i think i cant watch that show further... i am so emotional and watch shows so deeply ke unke character ki psyche and emotions me bahut jyada doob jaati hu abhi sirf 5 epi dekhe hai and i am already seeing Dev behaving like Vikrant in my imagination... my Dev's imagination will get mixed with Vikrant's which i cant handle in future...

jab ek baar dev sir confess kar lenge then ill go n watch that show...

Dev has a different charm...I mean he is soft and simple...The honesty and Purity is so visible in his eyes and actions and that's what makes him special❤️

And Iqbal as Dev actually makes me simp on him everyday😳

Yaar aap log ho na cheezo ko seriously lene aur analyse karne ke liye. Apna to yhi hai panch min emotional huye phir dimaag ussi cheez ko humour se jod deta hai.
