Not sure, if they'll show for Vinu's treatment, as they're fixing it with lep. But, i think Bianca will definitely come. They mentioned the name 'Bianca' for a reason.

And, vanku didn't give us sairat pregnancy journey.

Naira also didn't show the pregnancy journey with Kartik during KAIRAV. So, it was provided on the time of her 2nd baby.
