Nope Stem cells from bone marrow are hematopoietic stem cells.

That can only produce RBCs, WBCs ,Platelets.

For vinus condition..they need "pluripotent" stem cells..that is stem cells that can turn into any type of cell ,like bones/muscles/blood cells .

Such stem cells can be harvested only from placenta of a newborn baby ..it cannot be harvested from parents.

To treat vinu, they'd need stem cells from blood siblings ..savi ka nahi mil sakta because her stem cells weren't preserved at time of birth.. toh only chance is virat and sais another baby.

But yeah this is a feasible solution to all the problems..vinu ki congenital issue ka ek permanent cure ye tareeka hai .

Ye baat ek senior doctor se bulwa do..BK will kick out patru and lock sairat in a room , giddy in excitement of getting another Chirag.

Ash will be overwhelmed knowing vinu is their own vinu and her junior godu savi bhi mil gayi.
