This is what the boycott gang has been doing. That's why bollywood is giving it back to them. These people will keep crying boycott this boycott that on sm and then watch the same movies in pirated sites or somewhere else except movie theaters. No wonder they aren't taken seriously. In fact I find this boycott gang more annoying and fake than bollywood.

Nothing will happen to him though because it’s just another disaster added to that never ending list. Nothing will happen to either of them for that matter. There is always someone who will take the fall for them, this one is going to be on Ayan if didn’t work.🤷‍♀️

I don't think it is #2 either. As Adrak said, Alia is currently the shrewdest person, man or woman, in Bollywood.

Before LSC, I watched Amir's KwK appearance and said I heard him make a similar comment about no real story in ToH also. I was like *does he think LSC is going to flop?*😆

Alia is giving me similar vibes. She wants to blame the boycotts if Brahmastra flops.

@bold- these bycotts are annoying no doubt but I just feel Bollywood is giving too much importance to them. If the movie is good no one would care about bycotts. Heck most people don't even know a bycott is going on. Its only through these celebrities acknowledging it that people know that it is being bycotted. Then they search the reason for it and these actors also behave all arrogant like don't watch if you don't like and all. I am nust saying these people are themselves increasing their problems.

If they make good movies automatically audience will flock to the thestres and that should be the giving back to haters and not this constant "standing up" which isn't making sense right now due to all the trashy movies and remakes they are making.

Bollywood needs to grow out of remakes and biopics. And needs to stop worshipping the actors. Creativity level has become so low it just makes me laugh when they make these statements.

@purple- Agree🤣 but I am surprised how she made such a statement.

@red- I really want Brahmastra to work. Something original coming from Bollywood after a long time which is neither a remake nor a biopic😆 Just hope the story is good

1. Stealing is stealing no matter how bad you consider your victim. Please rethink. This is illegal. It is also against every religion I know.

2. Besides a producer, there are multiple people involved in a film. I'm a writer. I'm not JK Rowling or Stephen King or Chetan Bhagat. But my books got pirated. Lemme tell you how angry and helpless that made me feel. My work of 1 or 2 years, the work of my beta readers, my editor, my cover artist was stolen.

Do you not think that I will hesitate before going to that extent to make sure my work has quality? Don't you think I'll cut corners the next time? Down the line, the beta readers, the editor, and the cover artist will fail to make money.

I'm not even close to making a living off my writing. But people feel free to steal what I worked hard on for months. And you're justifying this sort of behavior on the basis of somebody's arrogance.

Once again, please rethink. 🙏
