I am unable to find any reason what so ever to wish for Pi not to succeed. I do not feel any need to care about Rajputs especially Rocky. In fact I feel Rocky needs the learning experience of being with Pi.

Pavi is better off minding her own business and why save someone who doesn't wish to be saved, who would rather enjoy success without caring about the means.

According to the story Pi is harmful only to those who snatched her land. She is better than the regular itv vamps who plots and wants what is not theirs.

Kind of agree... Pavithra doesn't need to help Rajputs. If she loves Rocky, I can understand but it's not the case. Her grandfather is another duffer who wants his grand daughter to destroy Pishachini. Seriously?

The show seriously lack the command to invoke horror or thrill while watching it.

The story shouldn't have been only about Rajputs Or their rift with Pi. They should have used a broader canvass.. Made Pi harmful for humans in general (like Mo was to a great extend)... She should have been depicted as more evil ..may be as one who could mind control people, made them her slaves of some sort who did evil acts for her which made her more powerful. The growing evil in the society should have affected the nature too, affecting crops or bringing on natural calamities. The Rajputs could have been presented as warriors who were given the responsibility to bind the evil and since Bareili was the epicenter of her power they needed to capture her and set up residence there and establish the reign of good over evil by building temple.

After many years the power that bind the evil would weaken and the Rajputs have to ensure that Pi wouldn't come back as a negative force.

Anyways this show really lacks interesting elements that would keep one hooked.

The promo is giving completely Nazar vibes.

It happened the same way in Nazar, Ansh got proposed to get married to Ruby which is when Piya realises her love for Ansh. Later even though Ansh got married to Ruby but he was hypnotised during marriage so he doesn't accept his marriage with Ruby and marries Piya.

Same way here Rocky got proposal of Pisachini and like Ansh he too seems to be hypnotised.

So most probably, Rocky too will get married to Rani.

The only difference is that in Nazar Mohona was the one who was playing the main game, while Ruby was her pawn. Here Pisachini is herself playing the whole game.

@green - She is EVIL to a large extent.

She manipulates people using their desires and later torments them very badly giving them a slow and very painful death as she is doing with: Pratik, Amrita, Shikha and even Dadaji.

That is indeed evil. The reason behind all this is just her obsession towards her land where she has no legal powers.

But the problem is her target is only the Rajputs but it was the same in Nazar, Mohona's target was only the Rathods.

Which is why Nazar had the caption 'Daayan ki nazar kisi ghar pe pad jata hai toh woh ghar pe uska saaya humesha rehta hai.'

In the same way, even Pisachini said her caption in the first promo, 'Mein kisi ghar mein tabhi kadam rakhugi jab mujhe wahan bulaya jata hai, lekin ek baar rakhungi toh barbaad kar dungi '.

Which is the main reason Pisachini is behind the Rajputs in the first place they (Pratik, Amrita, Shikha and even Rocky) invited her, so now she won't leave them without destroying them.

If you go by the rule the dead has no right to land on human dimension, it is true Pi has no legal rights. But then the Pujari himself said the land was in the possession of Pi. No backstory is given as to why that is so...

More than Pi's evilness I see in the show the characters facing the impact of the wrong choices they made, more of a moral story.. Pi is more like the avenging angel who punishes the humans for their greed... What is the wrong in Prateik and his wife getting the punishment for their extreme greed and the betrayal to their own family. Pi just gives the temptation the choices the Rajputs made are out of their own free will. The degradation Prateik face now happened over a long period of twenty years... they did not willingly give up the luxury Pi provided nor did they try to put an end to Pi trapping the rest of the family. I don't feel sympathy for Prateik and his wife... They were greedy fools and now they don't even try to warn the rest of the family.

I do notice the similarities now that you mentioned it. That wedding was such a disappointment, I was so hopeful that the marriage of Ansh with Ruby wouldn't happen...

In Nazar, the leads were connected some how, here there isn't even that. I mean Rocky's character hold no charm for me... He comes across as a sadak chap romeo.. Why would Pavi fall for him confuses me!! 😆

@green - More than possession, it seems Pisachini is obsessed with the land.

And the Rajputs didn't simply entrap Pisachini, they did so because they felt that Pisachini wouldn't allow them to stay peacefully in the land which she haunts.

The Panditiji had clearly said that they would have faced death like the watchman if they tried to live in that land.

So any family would want self-protection which is what the Rajputs too did.

If the Pisachini wasn't evil without killing anyone and allowed the Rajputs to stay in the land along with her then they wouldn't have thought of entrapping her either.

Both the Rajputs and Pisachini could have stayed together peacefully.

@purple - Agreed about Pratik and Amrita paying for their greeds.

But Pisachini manipulating the humans and using them for her own SELFISH motives is equivalent of being EVIL.

Leave about Pratik and Amrita,

Pisachini is doing the same with Shikha and with Shikha she's being completely EVIL, same with Rocky.

She's manipulating Shikha and Rocky and using them to avenge the Rajputs which is an EVIL desire.

Atleast Pratik and Amrita were greedy but Shikha and Rocky aren't.

Shikha and Rocky have weaknesses but that's human

And it's EVIL to manipulate human beings using their weaknesses.

@green - Even here the leads PaRo are connected, haven't you watched all their scenes?

@red - From our point of view yes you are right, why should women like Piku or even Rani fall for a guy like Rocky. He holds no charm to attract a woman.

But in the show Piku is already attracted to Rocky. Again haven't you watched all the PaRo scenes?

If you watched them you would have understood.

Infact, both PaRo are already falling for each other and I think like in Nazar,

Piku will realise her love for Rocky when he is getting married to Rani.

Because this show is going the Nazar way.

@green - She's already started to fall for him, mostly she will realise her love when he is getting married.

@purple - Her grandfather felt that Pisachini is an EVIL creature, which is why he wanted to destroy so he gave his task to his granddaughter.

@red - Piku said she doesn't want anyone else to fall prey for Pisachini like her family did, which is why she's helping the Rajputs.
