I'm hoping that they somehow reveal to family that Vinu survived due to Sai's presence of mind and that she could obviously as a mother risk her own life to protect her baby and go to any lengths. Thats why she fled and thats why Vinu is alive.

This whole track is meaningless if instead of pining for his "love" who is Dead because he couldn't give her confidence that he will handle things, he moves on with the criminal who created this mess .

I hope she's left an emotional letter for V to read after news of her death to feel guilty. She should say how shes utterly hurt, disappointed and disillusioned that her husband , the man she loves has let her down so much, gone overboard in his cruelty - mocking her as an orphan. He really does fall lower every episode.

He needs to suffer.

In KD, Imon was a loved and rexpected doctor in the village- ujjanpur. She was doctor Didi. And they all were ready to attack Rono when they heard about his past with imon.

I want Sai to experience that adulation, genuine warmth and affection of people.

This will happen Neerja. The reason why Virat spoke about orphan is that after 5 years, he will see Sai’s family. The family she will have by creating lovely bonds by her affable nature. In Ujjanpur, Rono gets humiliated right? Virat will pay for this dialogue of his. I am sure.

Yes the Surrogate plot was exact copy of Yhm, with Vamp whitewashing before leap and ML and Vamp faking marriage for FL's biological kid after leap. Even the Surrogate kid Pihu didn't even know that Ishita is her mother.

But.....the main conflict of seperation in Yhm was not Pihu but Ruhi, bcoz of Ishita's one stupidity the another Vamp, Nidhi, took away Ruhi and she was presumed dead, bcoz of Ruhi's presumed death, Ishita too made a suicide attempt but eventually got saved by her friend, but she didn't return to Bhalls for 7 years, hence they assumed her dead.

Bhallas and Raman kind of cut off with Ishita's memories and didn't mention to Pihu about Ishita, bcoz they thought her to be the reason of Ruhi's demise, but fortunately both Ishita and Ruhi were alive.

After all the misunderstandings got cleared between Ruhi, Raman and Ishita, Pihu's conflict started, Bcoz of Ishita's arrival, Shagun felt threatened and came back to her negative arc, she started gaslighting Pihu against Ishita and made her hate her, although it was implied that Shagun genuinely loved Pihu like her own, hence didn't want to part ways with her, she started asserting her rights on Pihu and Raman, Ishita & Family couldn't do anything bcoz Pihu was too much attached with Shagun and thought Ishita to be the reason of split between her presumed Parents Raman & Shagun, she thought that Ishita drove Raman away from her Mom, Shagun, because of all this and Pihu's hate for Ishita, Shagun won the Custody case and took Pihu away from India.

Then After a leap, Raman & Ruhi, made Pihu accept Ishita by telling her about her goodness and cleared all the misunderstandings Pihu had for Ishita, and told her the truth that Ishita is her actual mother. Here in the quest to bring Pihu back from Shagun, Raman was a huge and strong support to Ishita, he and Ruhi made sure that Ishita should not be deprived of the love of her only biological kid.

I hope so but Ghkkpm has NOT copied a lot of good scenes and tracks from KD

Rono never taunted Emon as an orphan. Infact one time in a private scene where Emon is secretly planning a thing for Koli marriage and convincing Rono, they have a banter and he says - you are teekhi, mom didn't give you honey at birth or what. Emon gets emotional and says ya. I did not have a mother. And Rono is SO guilty. He immediately cajoles her n says he loves his teekhi wife only.

In ujjanpur he eventually has a realization of how he wronged Emon when he watches her go to help a woman in labor despite being under investigation for another case. He realizes why emon couldn't forgive his absence during her delivery.

KD had many a beautiful spouse scenes of them cuddling in bed, lying on each others lap, intimate hugs

Imon kidnapping by gogna twice - both were emotional. Especially first time. Rono is desperate..

There was the felicitation scene whete emon hands prize and rono as a typical husband eager to have her come to it on time.

There's a graduation/topper felicitation of Sai and she credits him in front of college friends/professors for her success.

They had honest conversations about her insecurities due to RK and delay im confession and her insecurities about Shruti too.

In KF, Rono sees her in a cafe with a guy and creates a scene but its not as triggering as Ghkkpm because you can see he's a jealous, possessive husband. Whereas in ghkkpm he misses the love/passion. Yesterday in epi he looks disgusted by Sai! He was SO contorted. Why?! Aisa kya boldiya usne....

Ghkkpm has diluted all the good of KD! They've escalated the bad aspects to make it toxic.

So i am not confident these guys will give good scenes. This plot is not like KD ...

I really wish they would write better.

This plot has scope for longing, angst and emotions.

In KD, Rono goes on transfer before confession and they are having such a typical spouse phone Convo where they both are testing if the other person is missing them..

Ghkppm is a train wreck.

You explained it very well. I hated Raman for how he acted during the surrogacy and first leap, but Karan Patel was very good at emoting his intense love and passion for Ishita. He was so good as Raman, and Divyanka Tripathi was just as good as Ishita. They are the sole reason people loved YHM so much. If Neil Bhatt was even half as good as Virat in showing how much he supposedly loves and supports Sai, then Ghum would be much better even with the surrounding toxicity.

And yeah, the makers were very good at showing that throughout YHM, Raman's one and only love was Ishita. Shagun was Aditya and Ruhi's biological mother so she was a part of their life (similar to how PP will always be a part of Sai and Virat's life) but the bond between Raman and Ishita was so strong that neither of them moved on from the other even after a painful separation of seven years, and after the supposed death of their daughter Ruhi. The only saving grace of Ghum would be if Virat is just as tortured being away from Sai and his child.

Raman used to practically drink himself into a stupor every night in the memories and pain of separation from Ishita and Ruhi.
