No ban by governemant can work if ppl don't take a serious step by shutting up after saying the 1st talaq. It is important to teach them that only one talaq should by given at one time.. they shouldn't say it again and again.

As for text messages.. it can be considered only if the husband had the intention of talaq, not just as a joke or a threat.

Going by the law it's now invalid and a punishable offense. So even if the husband says triple talak the wife will still be legally married to him. So him saying that won't hold any importance. When it cannot be legalized what's the use of saying it. He won't get a divorce but will end up in jail.

In Islamic rules, if a man says it trice a wife is seperated from him.. no matter what law says.

Yeah. Sadly I saw BTS pics of shoot and he is already there. But, Imran Abbas was there too so maybe he is replacement of Farhan Saeed

God why Ali Rehman🤢? Why is he getting major HUM projects? . Just his name is enough for everyone to opt out of the show and I have not even seen any good comments about him online too. No one is interested in him.

Hum tv is so obsessed to make him next superstar by ruining their own shows🤪.

No not that one. He was recently again seen in the photos along with other cast members. So there were some rumors that he is replacing Farhan saeed.

Constitution of a secular country overrules religious rules. If 2 muslims who are US citizens got married in the US and the husband says triple talaq can that be considered a divorce under the US law? Won't he have to still do all the duties of a husband and provide for the wife? Won't the woman have all the rights of a wife? Also will he be able to remarry when under the law he is still married in a country where polygamy is illegal? I am asking out of curiosity.

I think even a lot of muslim majority countries banned triple talaq as well. So what's the use of saying the word 3 times when it won't change anything.

I know what you mean. And in law they may considered married. But for muslims only fiqh can put an ending of this triple talaq , and can tell it is invalid. As a muslim woman I won't let my husband touch me after saying 3 talaqs. It is between me and Allah. I know by heart that after saying those words we are no more married.

Some countries don't consider talaq from one side only. For it to be valid it is needed to be accepted by the wife also. But again.. in Islam if the husband said talaq.. then it is enough to end their marriage.

Only fiqh.. which explains Islamic rules can solve this problems. And some Islamic schoolers said that triple talaq at once is considered one only.. which means that the couple still can reconcil.
