the show will revolve around Ushnah, a well educated girl who gets into a contract marriage with a narcissist business man Farhad but they'll divorce each other soon because of their ego problems, it is where the entry of the third wheel will happen. Armaan, a roadside romeo falls in love with ushnah but ushnah brutally rejects her and that causes to publicly shame her but on her father's insist ushnah remarries Farhad because he was left alone after losing his mother because he grew up without a father and then the drama and love triangle will be more brutal when Farhad will shoot Armaan and according to the insights, it would be the story of first 5 episodes.

How can she remarry Farhad without getting married to someone else before that?

There are 3 stages of divorce. If he divorces her once or twice they can reconcil, if it is the 3rd divorce, then she needs to marry someone else, gets divorced then remarries the 1st one.😊

Is saying talak 3 times and divorcing through the court the same? I know if the husband gives triple talak he cannot remarry her but what if they seperate through legal means?

You are right. Divorce through legal means equals to one talaq only.. but if he says talaq 3 times, then they cannot remarry unless she married another guy and got divorced.

I am sad that triple talaaq exists in India and Pakistan. It is injustice to wives. Islam forbided men from giving more than one talaq at once. It is to save families from getting broken and to give them more time and chance to reunit.

Didn't triple talaq got banned and criminalized in India few years ago? It was pretty controversial since it was passed by BJP government.

There were a lot of cases of men divorcing women through text messages and phone calls.
