No subtitles, I personally like the FL lead(appears strong personality) in Tamil.

Appu tells Sarika she's going back to k wada. It's Khadoos b'day the next day and she tells kookie to plan a suprise b'day party for him. She's planning to take gifts for all. Only khadoos doesn't know.
Anjali comes to the institute to ask Netra to do something to separate them once and for all and tells her Shashank spent last night in appu's room. Netra is angry and jealous, tells Anjali to leave before Shashank sees her and says she'd do something. Shashank sees Anjali leaving and asks netra why was she der. She says personal work.
Anjali receives a family friend's call, rohini, who has come to Nasik from the US. Calls them tomorrow to meet vartak family. Rohini ka beta abhay bhi hai. Anjali is trying to hook abhay up with Appu.
PRECAP Shashank asks appu if anyone is around her at home. She says her childhood friend abhay/abhya is der. Says he was my close friend as a kid and he's jealous.😆 finally!
I think i know which actor is Playing abhay. Ashutosh Kulkarni was tagged in a reel posted by Guru, who plays nikhil.
