at bold: I'm not saying this cuz im a Danish Fan, but i do believe that this show is clocking big numbers in terms of TRPs, views and buzz mainly bcuz of the brand Danish. You know he has got the looks, the physiche.. Very Hero like qualities. now if you have an actor who looks like a hero but is a villain on screen, thats it, people lose their minds and morals. 😆 And then his style of acting is very mazedaar to watch. I feel this is not just my opinion, but its also what i can gather from around, its the kind of feedback they are getting from the masses.
TRPs of this week are less than the last week. But yes.. ones a drama clicks with audience , there's no look back. Still don't understand the craze about KTK.. plz Ashley don't hate me.😒
Now to this, if there is a package in terms of big cast and good performances, the usual tropes like bad guy good girl, good looking leads, suspense, masala, execution ( i think except for the 10th epsiode all other episodes were executed fine, some better than the rest) .. so yes it just clicks with the audience. And entertainment sells. People sometimes just wanna be entertained at the end of the day.
Honestly, You take him out of the picture, i doubt it would make the "same" big numbers.
There is another toxic hero based soap running on geo. But so far it seems like it hasn't clicked. So i think just having the usual tropes and cliches thrown in is just not enough to make a show huge. Its a combination of that with who is playing the lead. Villains/antagonists/toxic heroes click only when the actor playing it has that xyz charm.
