About the phone call scene, yes its problematic what Shamsher does to mehak in that situation. You feel for her helplessness. But at the same time, i felt he is a big loner and very deprived in one sense. He is clinging to mehak for dear life, for her innocence and pureness (in the sense that she has only acchai). I actually totally understand why he has fallen for her other than him finding her beautiful in first sight or whatever. I think more than just the physical attraction, it was like he knew in an instant that she is the most pure person he has ever come across. But yes he doesn't realise it himself now that he loves her in a deeper sense. He just thinks woh usko bas pasand aagayi hai. Kyu aur kitna shayad yeh woh khud bhi nai samajh sakta.

Shamsher was actually in tears when he hears her take his name, he thinks he has never heard his name sounding so sweet to him ever before. And that was love. No sign of lust. He is just desperate for someone to love him in the way he wants. And probably subconsciously he has already figured its only gonna be from mehak. Right now i think usko lagta hai ki uske liye kaafi hai ki woh us se pyaar kare. But only later he will realise that he is desperate it to happen from her side as well .. this is actually gonna be heartbreakingly beautiful during his redemption and im all up for it 💔

This is exactly what we discussed previously right?

Actually, if you look at the scene closely, you'll notice it starts as innocent depravity and then there's a very subtle switch in his eyes which is hungry and screams Alpha Male. I have been rewatching it because I want to write my OS very well from Shamsher's viewpoint so I noticed it. Just go back and see it!

Btw leave a comment on the KTK thread pe bhi na, for the OS. One thing that I did was not glorify Shamsher at all 😆

I beleive just because he is in love with a girl its not believable that woh apni badtameezi ya arrogance chod dega over night. I find the opposite unbelievable when it happens in dramas. Here i like that they are showing him all evil.. cuz the kind of guy shamsher is na, he has to has to go through a journey to turn into a new leaf. So yes, im glad they are continuing to show him out and out evil in all the current situations.

He is feeling these brand new emotions and you can actually see Mehak's innocence changing him, even if its for a second. But obviously change doesnot happen overnight and we see the lust take over. Coz at the end of the day...he wants her.
