Tried with promotion of Dhara and Rishita and sometimes even Dev but didn’t work. Makers know audience love Gombi because of Shivi relationship with Gombi so trying this way (Gombi in the news everywhere) so that audience will connect with the whole family than just Shivi.

This means reduce Shivi SS, not give importance to SR, unjointed scenes which doesn’t make sense (to me at least) focus on family struggle, GauRa’s sacrifice, PS, family dream of PS.

It all comes down to how well actors portray their characters so that they are liked. Unfortunately one cannot force someone to like someone no matter how much increase or reduce SS they get. It’s how their actions impact audience.

It’s a gamble which could go either way.

They definately are trying this trick.

Though key point missed is: leadBen. when gombi’s SS was increased- bhabhi’s never reduced.

Even when scenes are between other actors: say Raavi telling Dev or Shiva consoling gombi … Bhabhi is always always there- her reaction stays in each scenes- her face is plastered in every scene.

reducing ShiVi SS & fast forwarding imp. Milestone of their relationship was blunder. Those articles & interviews of Raavi helping him study brought back hope in viewers. Contest brought show up again, had it was left to be just Shiva Raavi centric &’Bhabhi was kept w/ gombi from day 1 — numbers would have certainly gone up further.

And still when from 1.4 this contest where Shiva won & evil/ entitled snobbish Rishita lost got 1.5 & stabilized show- instead of gradually continuing it - they chopped ShiVi & brought Dev to forefront with Gombi.

Dev’s scenes with all from moti to Gombi to Rishita don’t hold interest much, these are scenes-points where folks reach to remote. Sad but true, negative reality it is. Add Bhabhi everywhere won’t salvage anything. Just doesn’t work.

Is family time of haveli is missing - yes YES. But don’t miss the point : haveli time family scenes were balanced. For example,

there were ShiVi scenes: there were just ShiVi scenes- kisne rulaya, terrace, night walk … so many!

Or shiva Krish prepping for Kesar Kaand

Or Krish cheering up raavi

Or Dhara gombi and their talk with Rishita

if any of those scenes were now: That bbqnite party - all dialogues of Gombi would have gone to Bhabhi with annoying aaaa

That mango shake diplomacy would have gone to Bhabhi with Gombi in bg with plasterd smile.

Kesar planning would have been overheard by Bhabhi & not raavi - like how bhabhi spotted kirkir.
Haveli time ShiVi got many such weeks - the whole Kesar Kaand to highpoint khandar one. And numbers took show to top.

the point is missing balance & overdose of one character hovering over everything- that’s not working.

ShiVi - however much they try- craze subdues when tracks not there - but it is not gone - won’t go!

Then why not capitalize on it? Atleast give week full of it & see the jump. Pushing Raavi in complete background is a big mistake & hope they don’t continue.

if it was Gul/ Shahi/ Shashi sumeet and their show was facing this chanel apathy : education track would have been started now & 2nd wedding , SR etc would have been amplified to bring it back on top.
