I think he was aware she was seducing him to get her way. What he was surprised was that she took 100 rupees from his wallet. So all that effort for 100 bucks. He wasn't buying it. There was more to it.

But when she mentioned you left me there with no money, he did feel guilty.

Its only the Hawa Singh part that I didnt understand. And Meety ki baatein Meety hi jaane.
