He was nervous about facing her after the events of previous night, also did not want to hear her daant about his carelessness, so deflected and gutter mind toh hamesha forefront pe hi rehta hai Mr. Kapoor ka.

Apart from that, my favorite was his - "sahash joota raha hoon, courage."

He knew what would happen if he said he didn't know who his chaffeur was.

Waiting for ur expert analysis now... And the subtle developments which i am sure i would have missed....

(For me there is one BALH2 show that i watch on Sony and then there is this another super intense show that i watch and imagine here... Love the discussions.. which add such new dimensions to every scene)

Adding one more. When Akshay and Shivi were getting married, Nandini had said to Akshay that when she married VK, he was also not very rich. With time he climbed up the ladder of seniority/bank-balance.

Maybe after VK died, Kapoor family lost most of the fortune that VK made (but how? ), resulting in Ram becoming poor and Vedika leaving him for Shashi. Then Ram bounced back and became successful once again.

That was soooooo good. Double entendres. He knew gutter minds will think differently but that was not to be taken in that sense.

Phir hum jaise log hain; we know they didn't do it, but still, we will take it in that sense.
