Aa Gale Se Laggaa Le is out on audio platforms now. As usual, Arunita has excelled. Thankfully, HR doesn't seem to have over-tuned her voice and it sounds close to her natural voice.
HR's composition is pleasant, though the beats are perhaps a little more peppy than the lyrics would justify. The arrangement is the typical set of instruments that we have seen in this last year in all his songs. He probably needs to do something different now to break the monotony.
In my view, Arunita gets an 8 or 9 out of 10 because this song doesn't really test her abilities. HR gets a 6 or 7.
It is almost hard to believe that a 19 year old is singing this song!

Amazing Aru! She has excelled again. Just love the rendition and the song.. Can't stop listening.
She indeed stands shoulder to shoulder to the legends past and present.
To be honest, I felt like this was not even close to her full abilities. It was like asking Tendulkar to face a local team - he can probably do it left handed.
This composition seemed too simplistic to me.
She has naturally excelled in this, as she always does, but she is capable of far more complex songs.
