both faf and moeen ali r really valuable players for t20. must be a hard call for them. but yeah csk could have kept some budget for fafWell, Faf was always bought through auction by CSK - cause the other franchise always underrated him. But last season he was on fire 🔥. And other franchise realised his value. Last time CSK used them trump card. This time, it was not allowed to have a trump card. So they knew it was gonna be tough. But CSK stopped betting for him a bit too early.
Look at him.. He is on fire today. Big slap for CSK. But I guess Moeen Ali is an allrounder so they went to bet on him before the auction instead of Faf.
Having Faf will hopefully give a different vibe (cool) factor in the squad. With Kohli, I always they were too confident and aggresive - which effected them bad. They always had good players, but it never really clicked at the end. Even the last seasons they came to playoff but with all their parties they couldn't focus on the finals 🤣
