The Kashmir Files success is not small. This movie is going to make as much money as a regular commercial film, without any Superstar or bankable star, A-lister heroine, no chartbuster songs, no action, comedy, romance etc. This movie is truly one of a kind.

But Bollywood is known for being leftist and secular. Would they let go of this image to please the masses to make money? And if they don't, what would that say about them?

not sure we should want mainstream bollywood making such movies. Imagine a Mahesh Bhatt or Karan Johar doing it! They'd get the same has-been tired actors, throw in kissing scenes, s@x, silly comedy, an item number or two, and make a hash of it😆

A badly made film that made a lot of money? This is all Bollywood will make for the next 5 years. There are so many such incidents in modern Indian history that you can easily pick for spiritual sequels.

Truth hurts and they think why bring the old stuff back since everyone was unknown to the complete truth while some people has suffered for so many years but when there is a god there is a will and this movie has given hopes to them and opened many peoples eyes so yeah it’s gonna hurt.

Bollywood Bullies thought that the Indian audience is dumb and will watch shitty masala movies and remakes. Kashmir Files proves that content and story is the king. It is commendable what Vivek Agnihotri managed to do with such little budget. Nowadays people have a very less attention span and this movie managed to keep the audience interested and invested for 170 minutes that too a very serious topic and no entertainment.

I am very disappointed with the way Bollywood tried to ignore and sideline this movie. Bollywood is full of Underworld chamcha's, Pseudo seculars, Pakistan lovers, leftists. I am shocked at their silence on KF. These people make even Kangana look like a saint. I have decided that never am I going to support/watch in theatre any Bollywood movie by these Bullies like Kjo, Khans, Kapoors, Bhatts.
