Just draw a parallel to the situation during Sai's second accident. Did anyone blame the Nagpur municipality for leaving the ditch open and unguarded?

Anyone would have had that freak accident.

I am introducing two new characters here. Ms Jyoti Singh, who is on deputation to the DM's office and a plainclothes detective, who is unnamed so far.

Maybe you all can suggest a name for her. She goes a long way in this FF.

Ms Jyoti Singh is named after the braveheart Nirbhaya. She is divorced in this FF, develops tender feelings for IPS Virat Chavan. But he is a closed book now.

The DM knows about his personal life, but nothing more.
