Ashwini and Sai...formed a great bond. Both had a vacuum in their life which the other would fulfill. Ashwini needed someone to keep patralekha off her son's life. Similarly Kaku encouraged Patralekha to keep Sai under control. Sai never realized these games, in fact saw a mother figure in Ashwini, someone whom she never had.
