Waise you reminded me of a very odd French film I saw a few years ago. It was a free art house showing and I have no idea of the title, actors or anything but I vividly remember the plot. The first two thirds of the movie have a couple waking up and the man just going beserk, breaking everything, going after the woman with a knife, her dodging and hiding, total chaos psycho scene. Then she makes him a cup of coffee and he completely calms down. The final scene is the wife sitting with some friends and they're complaining about their husbands. When it's her turn, the woman smiles and says, "Oh he really is the perfect husband. Well maybe he's a little grumpy before he has his morning coffee"🤣

Beheno Eka, Pretty this conversation on marriage is going around in circles and my head is spinning... I'm happy being married, I do believe it's my choice and given a world where married couples and unmarried ones enjoy the same social status and legal rights, I would still prefer being married. Nobody is going to convince me that I don't realize I have been conditioned to think like this because I know I'm intelligent enough to see, read and understand the various povs on this and real life situations of human beings over time as far as is possible for me and I have come to my own conclusions. I absolutely don't say these are the only right conclusions, but I also don't agree that someone else's are the only right ones.
Also, I don't accept labels like feminist, progressive, liberal etc. and being required to fit completely into any one exactly because many of my views might align with one of those ideas. Yaar I'm just blabbering, it's difficult to carry on such convos in this way..
Khair, so what I'm saying is you don't agree with me, I don't agree with you so let's talk about what we're in agreement with.. JIJAJI!! 😂
