Akshara’s accident episode - Page 3

I don't have a lot of expectations from ITV 😆

Specially when its related to medical field they do blunders

It is one episode I wish to forget. The trps increased after the accident track. We may have more of "Akshu breathe".

The whole medical angle is laughable…even the dialogues between manjari n anand are like so vague when they talk of patients n cases n proposed treatment…the issue is the makers (directors/creatives) don’t bother researching enough before including the medical angle…this show is based out of family drama but even purely medical shows (I’m not sure this forum allows to name call other shows lol) were so stupid that it was embarrassing to watch as a doctor. Don’t expect the quality of American med dramas here …I can speak for myself…I don’t bother About the stupidity in the name of medicine coz of above reason…almost a given…I just enjoy the emotions they r portraying…that they know quite well coz well they are seasoned actors

Exactly! During that episode after her heart stopped or something. They would have used chest compressions instead of shouting breath breath!! It looked so funny. The compression would have looked more realistic.

Unfortunately no…YRKKH is the only show I watch currently…but I have watched DMG before …they borrowed heavily from Grey Anatomy and couldn’t even execute it properly coz I’m sure they were not aware how to portray it realistically …

ek grey's anatomy ka clip hi dekh lete, they really have docs on the team to add some authenticity to the show. They could have just made Birlas do a first aid workshop before starting the shoot.

I agree with you on that. If so much of the show didn’t take place in a hospital setting, I’d have forgotten it’s a show about doctors. 😂 I can barely remember any scenes where they actually spoke about medicine. Perhaps the show I mentioned might peak your interest. It’s quite medical. Or rather balanced I’d say, like Grey’s Anatomy. Hopefully, they’re using the right medical terms. Otherwise, I’d look silly for recommending it to a doctor. 😅🙂
