No surprise that's what they think. IMO, one should know enough cooking to survive...simple varan bhaath, khichdi should be enough to know. Maybe one sweet like sheera.

I knew almost nothing to cook (omelet and maggi does not count) when I got married. 😆

Even these days too some guys want a working woman as a wife who can cook too..though nothing wrong in having it as their personal expectations but when you ask them if they know any ABC of cooking then they have this shocking or out of syllabus wala expressions😆😆with clear no as a answer😆

Even a person knows khichdi or how to make different simple eggs recipes(along with boiling egg) then the life is pretty sorted😆 also cooking chicken is also easy for guys more easy than making varan

True, my hubby can cook chicken but can't make a decent cup of chahaa.😆

Waahh😆 yeaaa many guys knows and love cooking nonveg.. I genuinely feel nothing goes wrong with a simple chicken curry😆 it tastes better however you make it😆 be it Alani chicken or chicken with lots of masala

Even I was not good at making tea😆but in lockdown I learnt to make decent one😆

I am not a tea or coffee lover so mala Adhi vaait chaha ani changla chaha kai asto te samjhat navat😆 ata mala kalat kharach vaait chaha ani ekdam phakkad chaha kai asto te😆

I recently saw the promo of a new show on sony marathi where the male lead works for his wife who seems be a manager or ceo. The family don't seem to be fussed about it either. A breath of fresh air?
