Actually annulment Ho sakta hai .. since they have never consummated the marriage .. but I am not sure India me this ground holds

In KD she had written that on petition but Rono had challenged it .. because it was not true .. but over here bilkul Sahi hai

But annulment ke lite bhi kuch time frame hoga na...she cant get in annulled now after almost 1.5 years.

eh! How can she say that😬😅. No wonder judge voided the petition after she reveals her pregnancy. Sai here is in sacrificing mode still! I don’t want them to go to court and make it ugly. 😒

Dumbest Virat...he will overenthusiastically laugh sarcastically on phone with Sai to show how much he is happy with his new family sahas and Shruti but won't open his mouth, sahi waqt still didn't come, even after the public humiliation, the matter going out of hand, with everyone knowing the presence of his second wife and son. Rather will give sai a pen with full attitude to sign the papers. His EQ is negative, IQ is zero...he didn't understand what sai meant by closing a chapter, IPS kyu banaaya ise...and no pain or guilt...the disconnect with the character and actor is so real.

And Shruti, behen chahti kya hai...she is the reason for everything, still will just have a monologue about how Virat can stay apart from Sai even after loving her, but won't do anything from her end to make things okay.

She should have gone for annulment saying their marriage was due to force by villagers and neither virat nor she were interested, making their marriage null and void (it leads to a nice re-marriage track).

That way it doesn't even matter if Virat had affair or when he married Shruti.

She did the divorce super fast .. after the signing she started showing signs of pregnancy
Rono asked her why are you looking so washed out .. in KD her look started changing due to pregnancy.. the make up was subtle but obvious

Itv shows ke time warp mein kuch bhi hosakta hai. 2 saal mein Virat ka ek bhi birthday nahi aaya, Sai became 3rd year student after finishing only 1 year of college.... anything can happen- so itv mein divorce by mutual consent 2 ninute mein hojayega. Infact they will probably think that just by signing the document, divorce has been granted. Simple.

No, for filing a petition itself you need to living apart for a year already..so basically Sai's petition wouldn't even hold in Family Court.

My hopes are just that they'll show filing this petition in a family court and not in a trial court. If they put men in uniform guiding Sai to the dock, I'll start crying.

I get them not wanting to research about medicine. No enough brain cells. But Hindu Marriage Act toh padh sakte the..😭😭😭😭
