I think he was scared that Lord Shiva's story will repeat in his life too. That's why he prays to Shiv not to make it his thaqdeer. Like it's okay, I can't have her but don't take her life. ☺️

Probably because in an indirect way, Sati wouldn't have died if she obeyed her father and did not marry Shiva. Of course both would be heart broken and living a miserable life but better than her not being in the world at all I guess.

Today Neil,mahima scenes are all giving hint for clue only about fire incident..

.when mahima said abhi is the reason akshu is alive,they highlighted voice...so now all will come to know akshu also saved abhi from fire.... This is the reason they shown that fire with akshu i m thinking....

See that's where i thought they were going with that weird scene - that his memory was coming back. But yeah I was lost with all the Shiva Sati allusions (sometimes if I don't understand the words or context, I wait till Hulu puts the English subtitles in the next day but I try not to do that too much since the whole point of my watching these shows is to keep up on my Hindi 😆)

Aarohi can't be parvati.ma Sati and ma parvati are the same person. She had taken a different form but there love is eternal.

Yeah. But growing up listening to these stories or reading on my own, I felt more connected and devoted towards Sati Devi than Parvati. 😬

Yeah - I'm bilingual and fluent in Hindi language but I'm not always fluent in the colloquial vernacular or mythology. So every once in a while I'll have this really odd experience while watching Hindi movies or TV where I'll understand every word individually but the whole dialog makes no sense to me...
Helps me learn though (Apacs taught me the meaning of TAAM JHAAM😆)
