Him calling shruti his bhabi infront of sada and calling her as shruti and specially tum will definitely make his character and his intentions questionable. I was actually surprised how easily he is calling her tum as if he knows her from long time. Isn't she stranger to him and elder to him in relationship (friend wife= bhabi he himself addressed) suddenly bhabi turned into shruti,tum as soon as he saw her. What writers wanna prove by making him flip from bhabi to shruti. What is the need to give him bhabi dialogue at first place if they want to show him calling her bhabi. And him holding her hands for no reason is annoying. Another thing is he was about to sit next to her in hospital when she was sleeping until nurse asked him to go out. What was he planning to do by sitting their in that room? Okay he feels shruti and her baby need him so he wants to be available to them but can't he do it by staying outside the room that too when she is sleeping. Shouldn't he sit outside the room as a gentleman. He literally has zero limit conscious. This makes me wonder his behaviour with pakhi also not because he loved her once it's because he behaves with every woman like this. And pakhi tho gives him enough attention that's why he acted like that not because of first love feelings.

This bhabhi to Shruti and tum is another thing which adds to cringe. Same thing he did with Patralekha, in absence of Samrat, called her Pakhi, when he came started calling her Patralekha, then mauka dekhkar again Pakhi. It's really opportunistic. Virat is opposite to what gentleman does, this has been established till now, he thinks highly of himself but his actions suggest opposite. How easily he lets any woman enter his (their) life and change the dynamics of their marriage is commendable.

That was another thing, I remember how people hailed Virat and that episode kind of redeemed him after the ousting track but what happened afterwards is the actor playing Virat comes and defends his onscreen bhabhi, offscreen fiance. I think they don't even watch the episode before telecast, don't know how it can be perceived. They want to show something but it is being perceived something else by majority of audience, they should know and try to work on screenplay and this is not for the first time it is happening...but from whom are we expecting an improvement when we know everything is taken for granted by the team...

Virat's behaviour with Pakhi certainly raises eyebrows - and writers have only themselves to blame. Audience cannot be blamed for either assuming that Virat was having an emotional affair with Pakhi (albeit unintentionally) or choosing to ignore those transgressions as creative liberty - he has been made totally open to interpretation and the writers/creatives have only themselves to blame.

This open to interpretation almost always ends up in wrong side of interpretation. If tomorrow Virat is shown being physical with other ladies, like vanraj or Fateh, it won't come out as a shock because this is how they are establishing him. There is no restrain, no guilt that is seen, it's mostly he is doing everything in his full senses and by his own choice. He was once hailed for maintaining maryada, now that maryada line is also being blurred.

That was harassment whether the actors agree or not. Can't say sexual harrasment but it was mental harassment. Going behind the man despite him saying I don't love you is harassment. Here the problem is virat behaviour with woman. How casually he crosses his limits with other woman be it pakhi or shruti. What actors or director thinking before enacting script is beyond understanding. Till now I was thinking his behaviour(crossing limits) with pakhi is because of the past they shared. But after seeing his behaviour with shruti. I am confused. How can he be so causual with the woman whom he hardly knows.

It looks like he enjoys the attention, the feeling of being the centre of someone's life, the feeling that someone will remain indebted to mahaan chavan.

Also their screenplay is poor.

Here they showed virat casually holding pakhi hand just to stop her from revealing birthday surprise to sai. I mean how the hell a morally right man can be like that .

And had the nurse didn't came virat would have sit beside shruti the whole day when she was sleeping. What was the need to stay in hospital room. Can't he sit outside the room that too when she is sleeping. Then what is the difference between his treatment towards his wife,friend's wife and brother's wife. All women are same for him ?

Some characters in the show like pp, bk are already aluding to how Virat is a "man" with "physical needs" that are not being met in this marriage with Sai. The way mohit is revealing the hotel issue, its gonna seem like Virat IS having a physical affair, not just emotional with Shruti. And I'm not gonna be surprised if one of the cringy side characters declares that its Sai fault Virat is now involved with someone else because Sai didn't give him the love and respect he expected from his wife.

Also after all this affair talk, can nicely set stage for mahaanta narrative, when eventually its revealed that he didn't really have an "affair" was trying to "help" Shruti they will paint him as "maryaada purushottam" because he managed to "resist physical urges" despite having needy women like pp, Shruti who "value" him more than their self respect or any maryaada. Utterly ridiculous.

They sure might take this route. That would be the highest level of whitewashing and basically questioning viewers’ common sense

I dont know if the character gets validation from playing saviour to women in difficult situations. He seems to love that "acknowledgement", wants to feel "needed". But makers are definitely going overboard in terms of the cringe elements. Most of us already think virat is an idiot for his actions but watching scenes of Virat Shruti handholding n his tenderness as if he is really her husband is not needed- it is definitely making him come across as a guy who doesn't know any physical boundaries. Idiot toh pehle sa tha, all this over-familiar behavior, playing "friend" to his vahinis amd prioritizing them over his own marriage- all this makes him utterly insensitive. And in Sai's eyes right now- even immoral- because she is hearing that he spent the night with a wonan in the hotel n referred to her as his wife.

They already made the same mistake with pp-virat scenes and got backlash. Yet they haven't learned their lesson.

In the Sairat scene recently- when Virat reveals to Sai that he came to the award function but he didnt come forward because of her words, when he says I wanted to be there to see you get the award, hear the applause for you... her eyes soften immediately. She doesn't say anything but she has a tenderness in her eyes.its temporary but its noticeable. Momentary fleeting 2 secs of happiness that "her" Virat Sir did come to the function, but i think once she registers how he came as an obligation- took "takleef" to be there and despite being there, hearing her- he couldn't understand how sad she was and how much she missed him- she immediately hardens up again. Even Ninad could read Sai but Virat didnt!

Whereas Virat gave no reaction to Sai when she tells him that I didn't even want to go to the function because you were not going to be there. I was hoping for 2 secs of the same softening/tenderness that Sai had shown before he masked it. He didn't react when she emotionally asks him- main aapko nazar bhi aati hoon.

Again i don't know if the actor or the makers should be held responsible for all these lags but in the recent episodes, they are lagging too much...they established Virat who was besotted by Sai, before the anniversary drama, the way he used to brighten up , the soft looks everything...then came the dreaded post anniversary track, mirchi modak was okay but now the actor giving similar looks to all has diluted the feelings, the reaction.

For Shruti, he looks like he is trying to take the place of sada in her life, same was for Pakhi when he tried to be Samrat's replacement...he needs to understand that he can be guilty, he can help but going out of the way for someone is a big no no. For Pakhi, it still was understandable because he was real naive at that time, didn't know what is love, thought of two days attraction as love but now he is married, he thinks of Sai as love of his life but behaves with Shruti whom he doesn't even know for more that a week, as if she is the most important person in the world for him.

Thats what happens in KD abd we know that they are 100% setting stage for that. They constantly mock the audiences intelligence and force feed this virat is so mahaan idea on us. Theres zero growth in his character. Everyday he does something more illogical or cringe worthy than before and to placate us they throw some Sairat moments at us. And we are so attached to the show and addicted that we take the bait.

The number of times Virat has talked about Sai eventually feeling proud of him, we know that they will make Sai feel utterly guilty and apologize for misunderstanding him. And of course CN peeps will then berate her as if they are all "doodh ke dhule".

In all this, they will not even acknowledge that Virats actions are plain stupid , not to mention illegal. He has abused his position to create a fake identity and protect a Naxalite. Even if we accept that Sai n family are all gonna say- bechaara mahaan virat, legally he has committed a big time blunder. What repercussions will they show. Either nothing or at best if they have any sense of logic- meager short period of suspension maybe- that will be a bonus. If they actually show Virat atleast get suspended, that will be a huge deal for them.
