Arjun got one slap, now Anurag got one too 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ok but on a serious note: they have made Kajol utter some serious bullshit and now they hv made her slap Anurag.
I am not in favour of slapfests, but if I am honest, I can understand where the slap is coming from.
Kajol is hurt, disappointed and she feels cheated.....so hence her reaction
If I am honest, maybe I would hv done the same too.
Anurag asks her to communicate openly but accoording to her he hasnt done tht and lied / cheated her.
So maybe for this time, I might forgive Kajol for slapping Anurag. His behaviour at the party was proof enough acc to Kajol tht Anurag has been lying to her. She doesnt know wht goes on in his mind
Dude, just, NO
Even the fact that a spouse is cheating on you (that is even if Anurag was cheating on her) does NOT give you the right to get physically abusive. This is only warranted in very major situations, like the one with Arjun, wherein he had meted out enough and more violence upon her via dowry, caused father's death etc and which came from her as rightfully reactive rather than abusive.
These losers have ruined beyond redemption the one thing I watch this show for. Until now it was just embarassing to see the lack of logic and overly stretched plots but holy shit, I no longer can watch them without feeling extremely bitter and triggered. And if almost all of ITV couples are like this, I am glad I have not regularly followed this industry and totally regret having done it now
To hell with their upcoming romance
EDIT: (Head cooled down a bit so have to say this, not a reply to @Esha alone but just generally want to voice this out)
In no situation should abuse be condoned. With respect to gender, I notice that slaps and physical abuse have often been- i)normalised when men hit women in cis heterosexual relations and ii) when women hit men, its seen as a joke/as though its something to laugh at the guy for. At the root of all this are misogynistic attitudes wherein since the man is supposed to be stronger, the fact that he gets hit/violence is used against him is seen as trivial, whereas when women face violence its seen as something that is "necessary" to keep a woman "in her place". This nonsensical attitude breeds misogynistic violence and merely the fact that a character, or the actor playing such a character is someone we like should never be used to justify such behaviour.
