When he said ILY and also said the reason and his accident and his fear of not telling her now. May be she will also get the same fear, he is in hospital, she realises her love for him and wants to say it to him. May be she will hold his hands.... (my understanding of a person in coma.... they may not speak but will hear and conscious of what we talk. In one of my relative's case, doctor advised us to be careful that the patient may hear but not react or reply ) . When she confess , he may come out of coma ...and we can all enjoy our next topic....

She definetly realises it is love but may be she will be scared to accept it till now as well. I think she will give a chance to their relation as couple to understand each other

Anu will surely confess and that too after some time and I truly look forward to that, but i don't want it to be too soon. She can take her own time for me at least 26 months (don't know in the story timeline how many months have passed already). But I don't want the makers to rush through it
