Note: I see already so many votes. Hope the options were clear. Based on few comments let me clarify them here again.

Option 1: she will tell Anuj she loves him...but may not tell shah family

Option 2: she doesn't acknowledge her own feelings.

Option 3: she realises she is in love and needs some time before she tells to Anuj

I think Anu would finally realize her feelings for Anuj is actually love and would even want to confess it as well. But the day she is ready, Anu's sister will make her entry and given that everything is going so positive in the show from now (no matter how temporary), Aneri's character will be grey and she might not want Anu as her sister in law and so she will create misunderstandings & doubts in Anu's mind that she does not deserve Anuj.... So I think it will take some time before me hear Anu expressing her feelings to Anuj.
