Yep! That's another thing that came to mind, although abhi's lawyer too could easily question why ruby still stayed back when she saw abhi was getting dressed and of course abhi's lawyer would have already presented the fact that ruby is interested in abhi, so ruby herself admitting abhi was shirtless when she entered would play into the fact that she was already interested in him and could be used against her to prove abhi rejected her which is why she put fake molestation accusation on him. Although I'm doubtful if the writers will use this much thought in their writing.

Oh it is. It is one of the first things we are taught in the foundation course of MBBS.

This law does not exist because doctors are molesters but because.anything can be a lawsuit. It is enough for a woman to think that the doc looked at her in a bad way for her to file a lawsuit. 🤔
