I think Ruby's lawyers can question why Akshara was there. Since Ruby didn't see her at all. So if Akshara was there in plain sight, or had walked in on Abhi and Ruby, it wouldn't have been a problem.

Also, it's the media that can make a mountain out of a molehill. They'll go on the path as to why was Abhi with two girls, if he's a womanizer, he could have misbehaved with Ruby ... Some character assassination for Akshu as well...

You are right.

I wrote the same thing. that she messed up her son's life twice. Never clearly talked to him about the girl's name before engagement. Then asked Akshara to organize party. And not she pushed her in front of her pathetic crocodile of a husband.

But the question would be why was she hiding… what was the need to hide… So Akshu’s character is going to be questioned and so is her relationship with Abhi..unless Akshu admits to them being in love and she was just surprising her boyfriend/lover for his birthday I don’t see how either of their(Akshu and Abhi’s) character is not going to be questioned.

Abhimanyu confession infront of both families.

Akshara's rejection infront of the Birla's and told her family.

Now Akshara and Abjimanyu will accept infront of the world. 😆

One more thing when ruby entered abhimanyu's cabin he was already shirtless and I think she is going to point that out saying abhi akshu were together in cabin and he was shirtless and they were doing something & this might lead to their character assassination.

Akshara's explanation would have been simple. She would just say there was surprise birthday party and I put all the presents on the table and decorated the room as a surprise. So I hid behind the desk when he came in.

Which the lawyer could rebut saying but the surprise was already done. There had already been the party. What was the need to hide behind the desk? If you were a friend why the need to hide?

Also, if you were a friend and you saw him getting harassed by Ruby why did you not step in and stop her?

What is your relationship with Abhimanyu?

Why did he have his shirt off while you were in the room?

Are you sure you weren't there doing something else?

Your sister was suppose to be engaged with Abhimanyu but it was cancelled. Were you the reason? Why are you not engaged?

Now Akshara's chastity is in question. She is being labeled as a loose woman. She broke her sister's engagement yet won't get engaged with Abhimanyu.

Abhimanyu is a womanizer.

Actually, in India, it is a requirement. Whenever a female patient is examined by any male doctor, an attendant, in the form of the patient party, a female nurse, a female junior doctor, anyone, should be present in the room. Such issues are kept in mind and hence to prevent them, these rules exist.

I didn’t know that this is the law in India.
