hmm you are right. Mehendi took time mainly because they were going to shoot in kohlapur where arrangement of resources had to be made unlike mumbai where everything is readily available. The entire cast and crew had to be shifted.

Also the leads were newcomers in itv , so they had to be prepared first. I had read somewhere that Sai had to prepare extensively for the role of RR and had even gain weight. All these factors contributed in the long process from audition to the telecasting first episode

Else other shows take a maximum of 4 months not greater than that. Now coming to when will we Saishi again on screens it will depend on what kind of roles they select

waise sikku ne telegu mein gorintaku bana liya , hindi mein mehendi ho gaya , kannada mein maate vassanta ho gaya ab marathi mein banayega jisko rohit direct karega. Rohit is marathi only I guess so language mein bhi koi problem nahi. Bhar bhar individual leads ke third angles ke sath scene dega with so much detailing ki sanjay leela bhansali bhi sochne par majboor ho jaye ki maine mastani ke saamne kashibai aur bajirao ke itne detail scenes kyon nahi diye 😎
