Alright so, surprisingly outstanding episode today. I will tell you why:
First and foremost - THIS:

The absolute death glare Abhi gave to arohi when she stayed mum although she had the chance to clear up the confusion about the whole text-message-accusations vansh and kairav threw at him. He basically looked like he was piercing holes on Arohi's face with his gaze - disgusted and full of accusation. GOOD! At least he knows to the extent she can go to turn the tables according to her convenience.
Next up, Abhi's dialogue: "Areh mein to dur bhaagta tha pyaar se..yakin nahi karta tha pyaar pe...Lekin jabse Pyaar hua hai tabse isko chhupane mein yakeen nahi karta"
Everyone please whistle right NOW

Saying the right thing at the right time he left absolutely no stone unturned to make sure it goes through everyone's thick head that he had only loved Akshu and akshu only since day 1. and he has no shame OR fear whatsoever to say it out loud, even at a critical time like this. Even when His mom claimed to know his "mann ki baat " and his choice in women - he didn't hesitate to correct her and voice out for the truth. THIS.IS.IT. this is f*cking it!!! š
Also akshu's reaction when Abhi said that dialogue

Please tell me I'm not the only one who saw every single emotion she felt at that moment on her face? I could see the surprise in her eyes as she finally lifted her gaze to properly look at abhimanyu, I could see joy for having her love reciprocated, pride for loving such a fearless man who was fighting for their love and at the same time agony and helplessness for not being able to speak up. And that's because she never learnt to find her happiness in her sister's misery. That is not her. That was never her. And Makers did great by retaining the main trait of her character.
Abhi also kept asking her like a poor child looking for some mercy from the only person he knows could give - His Akshu
"whatever I have done, however I have behaved, it was only and only for you. and you know that as well. But even if such confusion arose, why didn't you call me up right away? why didn't you tell me batao? "
"Please batao tumhare dil mein kya hai"
"Please...Please batao"
and akshu looks into his eyes and I can never be wrong or reading too much between the lines because this woman's eyes basically SPEAKS her actions - she could be that transparent at times. and that is: the moment Akshara looked into his eyes, everything else around her kind of blanked out. His tender voice pleading for her to speak triggered something in her and she was about to say the truth if not for Kairav's loud intervention and she came back to her senses. His one whisper of "Please" tingles and twists her insides - whether it is when he asked her to sing with a "Pls gao" on the trip, or "pls maat jao" right after her panic attack or now when he said " Pls kuch bolo" - It is always enough for her to get pulled into in an inward spiral of 'Abhimanyu'. I LOVE the consistency with such small details. I think It's beautiful
THIRD (and i'm sorry i'm talking so much about such small detail or dialogue delivery instead of a scene as whole but I just can't help myself after watching the episode today): Abhimanyu's dialogue (yes, again!)
"Batao sabko methi daane wali baat...tel wali baat, phone call wali baat, woh gharelu doctor wali baat..."
"Please...yeh sari chhoti chhoti batein to hamari hain na? This is us right?"
Oh man...OH MAN! Harshad's dialogue delivery is so effing spot on. Perfect emotions, perfect tremor in the voice, redness in the eyes, his tired face - I don't think any word would suffice to express the beauty of this one week old love story - so simple, so so innocent but so deep!
Fourth and probably one of the most important one:
"Okay at least look into my eyes once...please?" and when akshu doesn't, he knows this is it for him.
"Im sorry Dr. arohi but this is the truth. I only love your sister. Ofc, It's a different thing that what I feel for her makes no difference to her whatsoever" and he turns around to leave when Arohi calls out, "But Abhi..."
and he corrects her without even turning, "Abhimanyu. Dr. Abhimanyu Birla"...and then looks at akshu as he speaks loud and clear for everyone to know, "Mujhe abhi bulaneka haq sirf kuch logo ke pas hai"
You know why I said it was the most important point here? Because even though he was disappointed with Akshu for not speaking up, heartbroken and somewhat angry too for not having his love reciprocated, he still didn't give up. he still considers akshu to be the ONLY one who can call him abhi. And his no-nonsense gaze made sure to get that simple fact through both Akshara and Arohi's head.
And with that he turned away and stormed out of the house leaving back a piece of his heart with that one person he ever loved... never looking back at them.

I don't know about anyone else but one thing I am sure about is that Abhimanyu is probably THE strongest characters I have seen on ITV in terms of determination, passion, and bravery when it comes to love. He doesn't have second thoughts about what he does, he doesn't regret, and he sure as hell doesn't chicken out on his decision even when the world seems to be ending. He doesn't get emotional and changes his mind. He doesn't try to resist his feelings for a girl. He doesn't hurt the person he loves like the other male leads in many serial does just because they are "confused" about their newly grown feelings for a girl - Basically a no-nonsense character (at least, so far). and I think That's one quality I had been looking for in male leads for as long as I can remember. I just hope The makers stay consistent with this. And I know He will teach Akshara to live for herself and be a little "selfish" when need be, as well. There is so much potential in this love story and so many avenues to explore ā¤ļø
Precap was ABSOLUTELY DHAMAKEDAR!!! Akshu found her voice and took a stand for herself for the first time instead of being a bheegi billi and I'm so proud, and so did manjari. So eagerly waiting for tomorrow's episode.
AND if you made it till here, CONGRATUALTIONS!š you're a Geniusš¤I am really sorry for such a long post today but I always believe in appreciating sheer talent. and Today every single thing from smallest of details to such heavy dialogue delivery really got me. Do let me know what you guys thought about today's episode. Would love to read your take :)
