Yeah it’s violent but It’s not in there for shock value like the SAW series. I found the physical violence quite meaningful. It’s the psychological horror that carried more impact for me.

Oh lots of things. Starting with the toilet paper hoarding, hand sanitizer stealing, price gouging Americans during the first wave last year. It was literally every man for himself just like in this show. Then, of course for over a year, we’ve had an increasing number of mask deniers and anti-vaxxers as well as landlords threatening to evict their tenants as soon as the moratorium is removed. They don’t care how their actions affect the collective. It’s all about individualism. And let’s not even get into the epitome of capitalism and corporate greed that is our healthcare system which has only worsened since the pandemic started. No wonder this show is such a hit here.
And not to forget all the corporations and multimillionaires looting the relief program while so many struggling and small businesses are permanently shut.
haven’t watched this show yet but the topic sounds intriguing! Thx for the rec!

Nah the comment is still there I think. We were talking about Squid Game.
How do they hold their breath under water? I can't even hold my breath under shower.

Dubai bound starlets right? Urvashi Rautela maybe on ED's radar too.
