Same. Tho I'm a SRK fan but i really never cared much about his kids as such but today's case made me feel for Aryan🥺 This is wrong on so many level what is happening to him.

Wish best for Aryan, but the way this case is moving ahead, I don't think there is any chance to get bail easily. They'll keep giving them dates to give Masala coverage to Godi, but court will continue do time pass like today. Sasta chanakya is following this case, judge will not give bail without his approval. Kisiko Loya nahi banna.

I feel so terrible and it almost feels personal.

I’m a SRK fan and it’s upsetting that his son is being targeted just for being at/around the cruise.

I wonder what is going to happen next. As much as I want SRK to stick to the rules and regulations I really wouldn’t be surprised if he tries to use his monetary power. If my child was targeted for no fault I would do anything in my power.

The case is pretty clear. Aryan might get prolonged judicial custody unless SRK gets smart lawyer who can pull out rabbit from the hat. Most probable move would be appeal again to HC, then to SC but instead of haste SRK's team should properly prepare their appeal first. Not everyone is lucky enough like Salman where within 15-45 minutes he got chance to appeal in HC after session court refusal.

I had said the same yesterday too but many member of this thread even objected, making unnecessary comments like I don't know what I am talking blah blah.... I had told them yesterday itself. FIRST UNDERSTAND LAW then speak, don't speculate, make your own assumptions.

You can never know how the case turns out even with the best of the lawyers. Its NOT just your version which will be heard but other side too. So you never know what's in the prosecution's bag. What card he might play, you can assume and prepare defense but you can never be 100% sure. That's where you need lawyers who have experiences with such cases and can think on the foot. Lawyers who can convince judge with their VALID arguments.

Just bringing out old case verdicts during bail appeal never works much. The case has not even begun yet, and you are trying to prove the person innocent. The approach itself is wrong. That just my opinion which might be right or wrong. Mr. Mansinde is one of the elite lawyers but as I told before just having best lawyers cannot guarantee your success.
