Agreed. They need to disclose it to the judge, atleast, hopefully they don't miss on this or its hinted that he knows.

Waise another point to be noted - Tapur's testimony does not allow Anirudh to be be released scott free 😆 He still killed a man - even if he was a criminal.

Actually there were provocation laws tab, so that, combined with self defense and accident is actually enough for acquittal...
