He absolutely should. It is about the appropriateness of having Virat host a show about Navaratri, when it is usually in praise of Devi. The top show FL definitely suits it better, because her journey is the journey of a woman. Of course, it just makes sense to have the Ghum ‘leads’ do it because they seem to be the ones with the least screen space 🤔

That's what my point is too. Most of the ITV audience doesn't differentiate between reel and real. All the actors are known by their character names, not their real names. In such a situation, how silly will it be to have a character disrespecting his wife and locking her up in a room to discipline her and then talk about Devi, Durga and Shakti

No offence to Neil. I wanted to see him perform in star events since long but him hosting an event of naari shakthi is a misfit choice. I don't like men talking about women empowerment in the first place. it should have been any Female lead from the channel doing the honors.

Hosting is done by the actor through the role he is playing onscreen. When Ayesha hosted it was as Sai. When Neil is hosting its as Virat Chavan. The character who practices domestic violence should be the last choice to host an event on naari shakti. They could have simply exchanged Neil and Ayesha's events.

Exactly. He looks way too tired and didn’t seem as enthusiastic as Sai (Ayesha) was while hosting Ganesh Utsav. It looks to me like “okay, I am given a task, let me complete it and move forward” type of way.
