It's Aardhya. I think it refers to what I'd write as ardhya meaning half in Sanskrit. Goes with hybrid, which is basically a mixture of 2.

I just assumed the name had something to do with the Bachans, but also like Floofy (up until 2 minutes ago) I have always read it as Aradhya-Bird.

I don't think I can add much of a comment here as some have said what I think too. Bar is so low for her she shines when others do bad around her. Zero was probably her best performance but it isn't saying much.

Her accent is still cringey, and I felt she is playing up her breakup with Ranbir in that film.

Good question. She wasn't even good in Zero, its just because the standard for her is so low and the movie was in general bad so she got praised for not screwing it up completely like in JTHJ

She is a bad actor. She never improved. She is bearable in tiger series. Never watched zero, so cannot comment.
