💯% right..it was a rushed entry and equally rushed exit...what was shown to us between his entry and exit was half baked , uncooked stuff...there was lot of expectations from the mandar's track..we were all waiting to see how raghvi handle pallavi's ex, but they had planned a track on farz vs pyaar ..which itself was wrong...pallavi didn't have any farz towards mandar, she hardly knew him, showing the forces seperation, pallavi too inclined towards her farz and insaniyat , being insensitive towards her love and her dialogues of forgetting the most important event of husband's life was the last nail in the coffin....I still wonder how on the earth they thought it will give them 2+ trps..

They opened so many ends like mystery of wedding night, Mandaar-Ved connection, Mandaar's disappearance from hospital, why did the doctor lie, why was a body found far from hospital, Dr Ramya's unwarranted pressure, Mandaar's obsession with Pallavi etc etc but sadly couldn't close even one of them.

I feel the makers had a long track in mind with Ashok where they wanted to establish his character first as this villian to our hero but sorry to say Ashok/Mandaar was no match to Sai/Raghav(no offence to the actor)

+ To the power of infinity... though Ashok sir is a good actor, Raghav's larger than life image, his character sketch, his swag, the power he exhibited in the 100+ episodes, his smartness and shrewdness, was impossible for Mandar to match ..

First of all Mandaar is an unemployed middle class man so how was he able to give tashan to Hyderabad ka don, how was he able to challenge him and how Raghav's brains, power, clout and money went for a toss was indigestible to the fans.
Secondly to establish Mandaar they made Pallavi dumb and insensitive towards Rao's which again backfired.

Exactly..to.glorify mandar and make him look like a competitor to Raghav, raghav was reduced to crying ,drinking and doing nothing, suddenly he lost all his brain cells and forgot he was the don of Hyderabad. Yes Pallavi ignoring him, turning deaf towards his warnings and blind towards his pain made her Unrelatable and she lost the sympathy of the audience...

So in order to create the TADKA they sabotaged the only thing which made their show famous that is the romance and the leads and it received such massive backlash that now they just wrapped it up quickly without giving any proper explanation to all the above points.

Anyhow, yes they could have closed all the loops in 1-2 episodes and could have sped it up like they do with Raghvi scenes but I guess that fast forward mode is only reserved for Raghvi.

Only Raghvi scenes are rushed and edited... instead of showing him tying pleats and all...they could have used it to show his backstory

Now I just hope the makers, the writers, the cast and us the audience are able to move on from this track and forget it like it never happened

I hope makers stick to basic character of the leads, story is built around them and from their POV remember leads are the USP of the show ..Raghav rao is born smart , mandaar , sunny can use his weakness against him but he still is raghav rao , who has built his empire wth mere 2k rs, is the business tycoon, someone with brain and is smart...so makers shouldn't forget that...

Ok I get it now. But Raghav doesn't know the connection between Ved and Mandar na. He may have assumed that Ved saw Raghav with Mandar during the accident and found out about him and figured it was Pallavi ka husband.

But he was out in between also when he came to murder Raghav. So it is quite possible he found out in between.

One important incident, when police came to arrest Pallavi (car attack on Raghav incident), that time Pallavi assumes it is about Mandar. Inspector Swamy clarifies it's not about your dead husband's Mandar's accident and Ved is there in the shop behind them as Abhijeet. It is funny how he didnt react coz he clearly heard them talk about Mandar, Pallavi's dead husband.

You know this Mandaar track could have been a game changer IF they handled it well but don't know what went wrong

Yes..I completely agree...

Had they not thought about farz vs pyaar track

Instead had shown mandar to be positive to begin with or a little grey like VD and then shown pallavi choosing Raghav over mandar or had they shown mandar trying to be good infront of everyone and showing true colour to raghav (like the way they started) but Raghav outsmarting Mandar and both of them playing mind games , each winning and loosing....

The build up for Mandar and his backstory was established for over 100 episodes like you said and they put bits of breadcrumbs along the way which the audience smartly picked up too. But then what did we get........literally nothing abt their past.....nothing at all. They might as well hv introduced Mandar widout a backdrop and it would hv worked the same as it is now.

Yes seems the fast paced thing is only for Raghvi's relationship development......which in opinion could hv used a lil bit of slowness . But this Mandar track they had to wrap up so fast that they couldnt take a few more episodes to give it a proper closure , just for the sake of audience who hv been scratching their brain cells for this for so long.

You are right bcs starting se hi show me pallavi aur raghav ke beech jo bhi misunderstandings thi unko door nahi kiya gaya jab ke sab ko lagta tha ke jaise jaise show aage badhega unki mu,s clear hoti jayengi but aisa kuch nahi hua writers sab bhulte chale gaye aur unki forced marriage ke baad to past ka sab kuch bina closure ke hi chod diya aur story ko itna rush kiya ke show ka charm hi kahin kho gaya. Mandar ke track me jitni mistakes thi I dont think ke isse pehle maine itni mistakes kahin dekhi hain raghav aur pallavi ke characters ko spoil kar diya

Ab mandar ke track me itna suspense dikhane ke baad ke wo psyco lover hai murderer bhi hai uske past se ved ka connection bhi hai sunny ko bhi uske intentions par doubt hai 2 saal tak wo kahan tha wedding night par kyu chala gaya tha that doctor ramya wo hospital se kahan gaya tha makers khud hi confuse ho gaye hain ke iska end kaise kare aur ab wo ladka jo mandar ko blackmail kar raha hai,use dikhane ke baad lagta nahi kisi bhi question ka answer milega but jab audience ne aaj tak dekhna nahi choda to mujhe lagta hai aage bhi dekhte rahenge bcs everyone knows ye itv hai aur yahan kuch bhi logical nahi mil sakta isliye jo abhi tak dekhte aaye hain mujhe nahin lagta unki aage story se koi expectations rahengi bcs mostly sabhi sai aur shivangi ki wajah se dekh rahe hain so aage bhi dekhte rahenge aur may be makers ko ye pata hai aur isi liye wo story par writing par koi dhyan nahi de rahe bas show ko kaise bhi run kar rahe hain phir story me continuity flow or logic ho na ho unhe koi matlab nahi.

Yes they will tie up the loose ends, give them time. Most of the creatives work on multiple projects and they keep changing writers directors etc. In such cases it gets very difficult to remember to draw parallels or tie ends. I still believe MHRW has done a better job (it's not on your face but too subtle a parallel - eg: Him asking permission to zip her dress was a direct parallel to when he went to fix her blouse without her permission).

@d.padmini, Raghvi don't know Ved is associated with Mandar. Was there a scene that you refer that I missed?

I am not saying MHRW hasnt done a good job on those smallest of things. They hv. Dts why we all got hooked to the show. Even in his previous show that is KHKT.....der were those small things and dt chemistry dt got many hooked but as the story moved forward Sandip Sir had messed it up. So I do hv my reservations abt him , especially after they messed up the ongoing track dis bad.

But I am still here watching the show and waiting to see how they handle the next track.
