Dil Chahta Hai, 3 Idiots and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, all three movies revolved around the story of three friends, and their growth as a character from start to finish.

Which film did the best job in portraying that?

coming of age is subjective. This is coming of age to me

Unpopular opinion perhaps, but while it's incredible, 3 Idiots is the weakest friendship movie out of the three for me. I'd say DCH >= ZNMD > 3 Idiots

Kai Po Che was another one

3 Idiots. One of the movies that actually got me into Bollywood 😉
