My teeth have always been uneven.. I never saw it as much of an issue. But I didn't realize, the uneven teeth create pressure on certain parts... which eventually caused a tiny part of my front tooth (bottom row) to break 😭

It was not much noticeable.. especially with my already uneven teeth 😆. But there was a slight pain whenever I bit into food. I thought it would subside in a couple of days but since that didn't happen, I decided to get it checked today.

Long story short - I had to get a teeth filling done And I've been recommended by the dentist to get my teeth aligned by using braces or something similar... I haven't yet decided on this.

I had two lower teeth had been uneven. Guess what after an x ray of the teeth there was one extra premolar underneath the gum. It created a lot of problem. I couldn't have done braces either and it came up after 12 yrs and dislodged the caps in the adjoining tooth because I needed to get RC done

Long story short get braces and get them aligned because it's better than having to fix one tooth at a Time.

Braces laga lo.

I had them too for years.. were quite uneven. But I'm glad I did it. It will be painful but its necessary in the long run.. uneven teeth are hard to clean also..

Make sure the orthodontist is a very good one.

True..When I got my X-ray done.. all the roots were haywire. (the front part of my lower teeth)/.. it may not seem like but it is very important.. When we are younger it may not impact us but later on it will eventually catch up.

Overall I would advice everyone here to take care of your health.. its very important. Don't ignore slightest of the issues.. whether its about your eyes, back, or weight.. eat clean, stay healthy and exercise.

Don't stop drinking milk ever or get calcium and Vit D and B12 especially if you are vegetarians . I have seen women in my family suffer with weak bones and teeth because they did not drink milk since childhood.

I agree it catches up. My bones and teeth have been affected because I didn't like milk.
