Out of sheer boredom I recently watched Thappad, Pagglait, Ramprasad Ki Tehrvi and Haseen Dilruba. Of these only Thappad really stood out. Pagllait and RKT were okay but I expected them to be a bit funnier based on the promos, and my GOD was Haseen Dilruba a steaming pile of crap. God knows why Tapsee P and Vikrant Massey agreed to do it - what a waste of good actors 😡

You know the 90's and 2000's did serve some good movies both Bollywood and hollywood. Just feels like everything is so dry. What about that knew Kirti canon movie- Mimi have you watched it? Haven't heard much about it.

I watched mubarakan with arjun kapoor out of boredom. enough said.

Although speaking of romantic films, I did watch Khoobsurat recently, mostly after D mentioned she was listening to Naina on repeat

Funnily enough I never watched this the first time around, but I did really enjoy it. Fawad Khan = . Man I wish things had played out differently and he'd done more B-wood. Suppose the moment's gone now.

Weirdly, a lot of the kinds of movies I want to watch these days - fun, frothy, light romances - tend to have Sonam Kapoor in them (Aisha, Khoobsurat, The Zoya Factor) 😆 which brings down the acting levels somewhat 😆 sadly that oeuvre of movies is pretty much my jam at the moment. So come on, Sonam, if I have to bear you in another one of these movies, I will. Just please hurry up and make one 🤣

The forum was hilarious on this though....people were like, well, this is the story of her life 😆 they play this song wherever she makes an appearance 🤣

Honestly, late 90s and early 2000s movies were IT. And the songs...even if Pritam stole every composition from Hollywood, that was an amazing era for B-wood music. Stupid Badshah and Yo Yo and the like have ruined music 😡

I haven't seen Mimi yet though will probably get to it soon. Mixed reviews as far as I can see, but a lot of for-Netflix-only content tends to be a bit wild.

LMAOOOOOOO you'd have to pay me to sit through an advert with Arjun Kapoor, let alone a full-length movie with him as the hero

I did love those Sonam movies you mentioned they’re just so chilled and fun to watch. I might watch the Zoya factor again now 😆 and FK is just dreamy no wonder Kjo never wanted him to go. Rumour has it he was in love with FK.
