She’s also encouraging Imli to succeed where she herself failed in saving her marriage. She openly challenged T family hypocrisy from day one. In a way Rupi di is rebelling against the senior Ts for failing her while helping Adi and Imli stay together.

Yep, she has had first hand experience of their narrow mindedness and phony sanctimony. This may be her way of rebelling but she is not self seeking. Atleast from what we see, she genuinely wants what is right for Imlie and Adi. She has always been the voice of conscience in the T household.

Yes because Rupi di is Imli's personal secretary..for past 200 episodes all she has been doing is Imli jagjaap....and has no time to deal with her own life. May be she can spare a few minutes a day to sort her own life instead of finding ways to "target" Tripathis for her failed marriage

Malini sees her 7 yr relationship/friendship fizzle, at BBC Aditya hinted at their friendship being on the line due to her actions (though she didn’t do it). He doesn’t care who it is, whoever gets in his and Imli’s way will be pushed back.

Jealousy that after investing 7 yrs of her life filled with dreams of a future with a successful, nationally recognized patrakar, he fell for her half sister from the village, much younger and just out of high school riles her. Why would anyone want a life and a married life at that with a man who clearly stated he loves Imli as his wife not her?

Love marriages don’t come with a guarantee that the person one spends years building a relationship with will actually marry him/her. A certain someone could come into their life out of the blue and evoke a passion, a strong feeling unlike anything they’ve experienced before challenging them to grow. Someone who makes the person question if the previous relationship was really being in love. That’s what happened with Adi/Malini/Imli.

Malini got angry when Imli confronted her about encouraging her to fight for her haq. Malini is running on emotion and desperation to hold on to Adi. When AC said she saw in KC’s eyes he had feelings for her, Malini’s expression was 🙄

as Rolling Stones sang “you can’t always get what you want”. Sita Mother decided Adi will marry Imli first.

Had Malini not fainted when he told her about being married to Imli, and seen that destiny was not on her side she could have made the sensible and graceful choice and called off the wedding. But she was hung up on her dreams.

There have been many a love story without the HEA where destiny put them both on different courses in life.

Adi early on told Malini he loved her then at confession of truth dpsaid to her he changed and now wants to give Imli every5hing she deserves though he hated her after the forced wedding. At another time he realized what he felt for Malini was just a deep friendship not love. With such confusing declarations someone as messed up as Malini is going to hold on to hope that she can get Adi to be in love again.

Malini is so used to an entitled life that accepting Adi was not meant to be and wishing him happiness with Imli (if what she felt for him was true love) would be the gracious thing to do. but it’s not easy especially when she is hung up on 7 yrs invested with him and and believing therefore they deserve to be together.

Sooner or later with the thane AC was dishing out to Adi and his family’s status even before the wedding, Malini and Adi’s relationship would have frayed beyond repair and they would have gone their separate ways.

Ts esp Aparna is stubborn about keeping Malini in the picture to somehow force Adi to tow the line she decides, but it won’t happen for he ain’t a horse on a leash. Aparna will have to bow out and let Adi live his life with the one he loved.
