Imlie has always fought for others and never herself. This has been Adi's pet peeve if I can call it that for the longest time. She puts others ahead of her, period, that is who she is.

In the discovery of Adilie and subsequent dislike for Imlie, apu seems to have forgotten that Malini likes KC. Has forgiven for her friendship with KC and is suddenly her golden bahu? Talk about pea sized brain. At that time, Dd shamelessly took Imlie's help to maaro entry into the Dts for NishVi shaadi and ran away scared too as she did not want to meet Mithi. So many lies n subterfuge, yet she is able to convince herself she is doing the right thing... for Adi... BUT she is stressed, wants to protect Adi's reputation but she is the only wife.

As long as she was a servant and a nobody, she was best friends with Imlie but once the truth came out, she sees her as a competitor who has taken away her fave toy and shattered her dreams.

At Bold yes.. so true Imlie was hurt and not a word of empathy here.

My rhyme was pretty much for Imlie and Adi last night, I did not ponder on anything else but their connection which at this point is unfathomable, Undeniable!

But as an after thought and very significant character in this convoluted track it will be unfair to not mention Rupi di!

For every Malini, there will always be a Rupi di! I loved that in that one episode if Malini managed to bring Imlie's morale down, we had Rupi di who just uplifted her. If Malini was intimidating, Rupi di was encouraging.

For the past few episodes the makers have made the entire experience negative and regressive..I myself ranted enough about it. But it would be unfair if I do not now commend on that screenplay! It was not kept till tomorrow...it was bang after the entire process of dismantling that the disgraceful C's had done.

So Shout to Rupi di! May she continue to propel the wind beneath Imlie's wings, may she always be the voice of encouragement! Yes Imlie is enough...but cheerleaders just make you more tough! If Imlie's mind wavered saying this was pointless and impossible. Rupi di's heart gave her the motivation- Give it a try! Go Rupi di!

Lovely post Whatever! Bold + 100

Thank SM for small mercies... we had someone cheering for Imlie apart from Adi and was with her every step of the way.

The DC's truly entangled Imlie in such a way that she was left feeling 'Alone' and their actions ensured that every door was closed for her. As the saying goes if all doors close, a window opens and we saw literally where Imlie jumped out of one to save Adi.

The DC's laid a chakaravyuh with Anu setting off the kidnapping of Adi in motion, just to avenge herself in the garb of seeing justice done for her daughter. Then she ensured that Dev did not go to her at the police station on flimsy grounds. She herself went to relish the pain and suffering of the DTs & Imlie. Ofc Malini came to her rescue but threw Imlie under the bus to protect her mom, even using Mithi as an example.. how can I keep silent if you keep on insulting my mom whereas you can't bear if anything is said against your amma... Dev and Malini at the HM's house never said anything to further Imlie's plea or appeal, she was robbed of speaking with Adi and mocked by the man who had just complimented her intelligence a few seconds ago.

Any person would have been crushed under the weight of all this.. and she was lost in the darkness woven by the DC's n DTs. In the darkness, Rupi shone like a streak of sunshine, that gave her the courage to get back up and think of the next steps. Hoping this streak continues and Rupi continues to speak out agains the ill treatment of Imlie to her family.

+1

She has no problem with Imlie until she is Naukrani. But Imlie as Mrs AKT is her Arch enemy because of whom she lost her toy for whom she invested 7years to get it ,fought with mommy too ..how can she lose against a girl who is no one .. she feels it's her beizzati that fir girl like Imlie , Adi left her .

And I feel DD is more worried for her reputation than Adi's which she is claiming..her dialogue before suicide drama " me logo ko Kya kahungi ki Imlie ki vajah se Aditya ne muje chhod Diya"" she always felt that Imlie is inferior to her in everything ..

See for Aparna, her golden bahu ke saare khoon maaf as long as she comes back as her bahu again. They all have temporary amnesia regarding KC, else they assume that she lied about all this just to "sacrifice" her love for Imlie. The fact that this is in no way true and that Adi is the one who intiated everything is something they do not want to consider. Also their current one track vision does not allow to see how Malini is manipulating them to suit her purpose, but still looking mahaan in the end🤦

So haan, T's ab kuch nahi ho sakta. Till they are not put in the worst situation to get them to see Imlie as their Adi's wife and their ghar ki bahu, this behaviour is not going to change.
