Well... there are elevators at the main statue complex so not much walking or stair climbing to do over there. But if you want to visit other attractions there like Valley of Flowers, Dam, Jungle Safari, etc.. then be prepared to walk. There are hop-on hop-off buses but you'll still have to walk through fair bits of area.
There is wheelchair facility at the main statue complex.. but not at the other attractions.
