I read that some in the forum are questioning Raghav attraction towards Pallavi.

Currently, more than physically, he is getting emotionally attached and attracted to Pallavi. He is his own guilt baggage, which does not allow him the see Pallavi physically attractive. I mean during the Vat Savitri, we saw how he was mesmerized, but not their romance are not of teenage coochi-coochi, more of matured way.

As for Pallavi, as she has no past guilt baggage, so its easier to get attracted to Raghav physically and emotionally

I hope during Mandar track, Raghav will get competitive, and shade of jealousy, possessiveness all come out for Pallavi.

Raghav knows she is attracted to him but he doesn't know if attraction would mean she would want them to get intimate right now.. she was hesitant to even share a bed together and he doesn't know that she actually loved their physical proximity the previous morning when he was literally sleeping on her.. What he saw was that she was uncomfortable and embarrassed.. besides, the main mudda is that she was drunk..

The thing is, he's never been shown attracted to her that way. What he feels is way way deeper, and what we saw today was along the lines of him being all vulnerable in front of her when he went to her room the night before he was sending her off to Kolhapur. It's like her essence is being infused into his soul.

I know exactly what you mean. The Kohlapur send-off eve was running in my mind today. I know some things about that scene were a bit iffy- editing and pacing could have been a bit better. But from the perspective of an emotional hit, it really, really got to me, in a huge way, so from my very subjective point of view, it was perfect. We saw the physical desire on both ends, but it consumed Pallavi a lot more, because she doesn't really have anything else on her mind right now. She's in a happy, free space at the moment. For Raghav, it was there more in the background, but the things bearing down on his mind made it so much more peripheral, because boy's spiralling fast. In a way, it was paralleled in their drunkenness also- both were drunk, but Raghav had been drinking out of frustration and misery, and Pallavi was just having a fun night with a girlfriend.

For an episode that cracked me up so much at the beginning, I was not expecting to tear up the way I did at Raghav's confession. We spoke about him being a bit needy a couple of days back, he confessed to that neediness today. He also knows he's spiralling, and he's so scared she's going to misunderstand him or leave him.

Physical touch seems to really be Raghav's love language. He finds comfort in touch in a way we don't see him find comfort in anything else. That shot of how he just stayed in that awkward position by her bedside, but seemed unwilling to leave, it came across as very powerful.

Mandaar's return (if he truly is returning) will mean more drama in the family but what if VD does a complete 180? In the sense that he starts appreciating and looking after his son rather than being angry? I am thinking that VD's hatred for RR may trump his issues with Mandaar. I think Pallavi will see through this if it happens, but her commitments and feelings about Mandaar might complicate things. I want to see what kind of a man Mandaar will be- will he be able to see through this? Overlook his father's past abuse? Know/care if he's being used as a pawn? What are his motivations going to be like? Does he get his conviction and morals from his mom, like Nikhil does? Or is he selfish and weak like his father?

I told in other post that I was visualizing 3-4 people rounding the bed and staring at them while they keep the staring game on.. and I couldn't stop that... Human brain is khurafati... We tend to do that which we are asked to not to do... it was because of that bts where we saw people around the bed.. i know i am cribbing much today which I never did before because I was expecting a lill bit more...

Episodes are actually more enjoyable if we don't get BTS. A lot of sequences were confusing because of so many clips that were released beforehand and unhe analyse and overanalyse krte krte couldn't enjoy the original episode.

Exactly!! Attraction and consent really aren't synonymous. So what if she's attracted? She may still not be ready for intimacy despite the attraction, and even if she is, to what extent? There's no way for him to know with her that out of it, and there's no room for ambiguity or grey areas when it comes to consent. I'm so, so glad they played it the way they did! It was perfect for me
