I understand that she craves to be accepted. She goes out of her way in that effort, though she would never accept. She keeps cribbing that they don’t consider her family. But what I don’t understand is that one person who does everything to make her feel like family, she completely ignores him on that aspect. Why is she biased here? Its not about the debate on love but the fact about accepting the other as family. Its more like not valuing what you have but running after what you don’t.

You're 100% correct. In yesterday's episode too she was cribbing about the family not accepting her,but she never values the person who's going out of the way to give her that love and acceptance that she's craving. Isn't it unfair for Virat? She regifted the pendant without even thinking twice about Virat's feelings for someone who doesn't even care for her. I feel this is a one way traffic where only Virat is taking the effort and Sai is being ignorant.

Thats too harsh i think. Sai has shown she cares a lot about him too. And all this effort for CN peeps is slso only because of that. And she hS showed her care since the beginning but more recently, When Virat was injured and post injury when he was going to go on the mission we have seen her care/concern. That hug she gave him, telling him she was sorry about asking me to not go to make sure he didnt go with any stress of family, not sleeping making him breakfast super early and making sure he ate, lightening the mood with her playfulness before he left. Many little things Sai does too. She also showed her concern in the little things like keeping stuff ready for him to freshen up, waiting to have dinner. Its not a big deal but doing it shows her care. But sometimes she hesitates to do it with full "haq" because she is scared to let her walls down and be hurt. Sai has grown up as a loner. Its very hard for her to let people in but she is letting Virat in.

The regifting was wrong. She should've apologized but the way the makers shot it they made her get into this mindspace where she was pissed off and couldn't see reason.

Her naivete/lack of tact is her flaw. But Sai spoke up that one line to Karishma after Mohit's emotional response saying i didnt make you false promises, I'm doing my best in my chosen line of work and i didnt know you had a price tag on my love.

So that one line to stand by husband in his difficult times was a well meaning, generic advice. Unlike the usual Sai who would start her bakbak, she stopped herself with just that one line which shows that she is respecting her place and staying out of mohit karishmas business

The money part was jarring to me too. unnecessary creativity to make her come across as very generous. But logically she doesn't even have enough for herself. So apart from relating to karishmas pain at having to ask others for money, she anyway cant afford it. 🙈

I love watching pp beizzati and Sai smart mouthing CN vultures so thats why I didnt mind it.

Yes, I agree. But, still don't you think she could have avoided regifting the pendant? If she had confided in Virat about Kaku wanting the pendant he would have helped her out.

I dont think it could have been avoided. But she should have understood how hurt Virat was.

It couldn't have happened in private because Sai was put on the spot and those reieated dislogues about Virat only caring for Sai and not for family make her feel guilty. She doesn't like that he is accused of giving her attention at the cost of these people because they already despise her and this will only make them misunderstand her more and also alienate virat from his family which she'd never want. She knows the pain of having no family. She feels that his family has the first haq and more haq on him than her.

So the way bk played her cards, Sai had to give the pendant to just stop the drama, because she is not materialistic and is generous it wasnt a big deal for her.

But what should have happened is that they should have shown Sai apologize after Virat clearly spelt out why he was hurt and also done a better job of Sai explaining to Virat why she gave the pendant. I think Virat kinda knows what bk is like and in his convo with bk he tells her- sorry i forgot that you mentioned you wanted a ruby etc, so he knows how she played it. And Virat got to see firsthand the tamasha over a gift. Not all of it but enough that even he was annoyed. When she predicted that the gift would lead to tamasha he laughed it off initially but he saw it happen. but it'd still have been good to see Sai once again explain a little better why she gave it to bk. Bk is the eldest, she is very important to Virat, she felt bad as his wife standing there listening to them say that Virat is placing wife over them so as a wife she took a call to end the drama amicably in a way that she thought Virat would be proud of.

I kind of partially agree with both of you!

For me no one was wrong in the pendant issue. Both were right in their own way. No one was wrong. Just like the 3 of us here have different perspective, and yet we acknowledge the other, without saying that we are wrong. But my whole point was about realisation of the hurt our action may cause someone. We can stick to our point of view, yet be sensitive to the others view and feelings. That’s what they lack. Virat may be wrong on various levels, but here I felt it more of Sai in particular incident. We generally take those people for granted and use them as our punching bag who we feel are our own and will understand. Here she takes that liberty without acknowledging him as her family, all the while trying get his family to accept her.

Moral of the story - Sai is from Venus and Virat is from Mars. Its not age gap.. its planet gap🤪🤣🤣

So savage with Patralekha.. Aapke jaisa nahi banayengi.. And her dialogue , "if I become like you, I will beizzati my father and his seekh" ..However I am annoyed that this actor had no expression at that, as if she did not understand it..It would have been better they showed, Ashwini's and Mohit's expression then...

Ya she is taking liberty with him because he is her husband, her only family. He is her own. She doesn't need to acknowledge it in words when she does so in actions. Its the same with Virat. He also vents his gussa on her freely unlike his family or pp because he feels like he can "afford" to.. she's his Sai, his wife.
